She has adopted many strays and has rescued many in distress. He loved every one of them rating them #1 - #10 with #1 being the very best. I began a #1 and with every new blonde that was hired my number began to get higher. Not knowing he loved blonds more than red heads. Marty was always in the positive mode no matter what came his way. He got the most out of life when others made excuses. Marty loved life and spoiled himself with opportunities that you and your parents allowed for him, to live a very normal life. Just an hour or so and it will be three years since the loss of my beautiful mother - Patricia Rose Martinez. As Marty was your teacher, so was she to me. I only hope to continue her ministry of love, service, patience, and gentle strength. Tears come so easily as I think of her small grin, soft hands, and happy eyes. The pain I feel is not for her - for she is now whole and complete in the presence of Jesus. The pain I feel is for me; for the emptiness I feel, the loss of my greatest fan and teacher.
